ADOPTION SUCCESS- MABEL

ADOPTION STORY!

MABEL- Adopted in November 2024.

Mabel was only with us in foster care for 1 month! Then she was snapped up by her lovely adoption family.

It was great to catch up after nearly 2 years, to see how Mabel was doing 😃

"It is a long time now since l picked Mabel up from your branch. l can't believe how much she has changed from that tiny nervous bundle into a strapping, confident independent lady! She seems bigger - longer, broader and her feet are definitely bigger with distinct strong toes and tough rough pads! She has had the best time outside this summer, sprawling in the shade, rolling in the dust and hunting moths on my lawn at night! She loved my elderly aunt and uncle staying and moved into bed with them, and has generally turned into a very confident, settled cat!

This is the best photo of Mabel - with a splodge of mud on her nose!

I hope all is going well in the RSPCA EAST NORFOLK , you made me so welcome and it was heartening to see all the good work you do. Xx

She is such a good girl - except for plucking the landing carpet her manners are exemplary! There are now 2 scratching pads there, but even when sprayed with catnip she likes to roll on them or sit on them - only the carpet will do for scratching!!

Never mind, as L'Oréal would say " she's worth it"

And she certainly is adored!!

All the best"

Thank you so much for adopting a rescue Cat and giving her another chance in life😻
