The Clinic

Our branch is extremely fortunate in having the facilities which enable us to offer clinic sessions for sick pets. These are available to all those people living in the area who are on benefit and would otherwise be unable to have their pets treated.  The clinic is managed by Vi who organises the sessions.  It is staffed by a Vet from the Haven Practice, Gt. Yarmouth and he is supprted by Vi and an excellent band of volunteers.

The sessions are as follows:

Tuesday & Friday afternoons each week 4.30p.m. - 5.30p.m. on a first come first served basis.  Pet care advice is given and all prescriptions are charged at cost price.

Clinic times will change from March 1st 2010. The new session times will be 3pm till 4pm on Tuesdays and Fridays

A small charge of £4.00 is made which contributes towards veterinary costs. No surgical procedures are carried out and at present we are unable to offer vaccinations for pets.

Pet owners are reminded that they will be asked to produce up to date evidence which shows that they are, at the time, in receipt of benefit.
